DESCRIPTION:Let's get ready for the summer Golf League! Join us for a fun evening!\n\n"Swing into action\, let the excitement flow\, hit the greens with passion\, and watch your game grow!" \nOn behalf of the Greater Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce and the City of Pompano Beach\, I would like to welcome you back for the 9th SEASON of the Pompano Beach Summer Golf League\, every Thursday starting May 15th through August 28th!\n\nFORMAT: \n\n\n 9-hole scramble format with four person teams assigned differently each week for parity\n Men tee off from the white tees and women from the red tees\n If less than 4 players\, the additional shot must be alternated among the team members\n Bogey max score Per Hole. Once reached\, pick up and move to the next hole\n Play ends at 7:40PM. Any holes not played will be scored as bogey. \n\n\nLEAGUE SCORING: \n\n\n Individual scores are tracked through the season based on weekly finishes: 1st Place 5 points\, 2nd Place 4 points\, 3rd Place 3 points\, all others 2 points. \n There will be no tiebreaker for 3rd place. All 3rd place teams will receive 3 points. \n\n\nSPECIAL WEEKS:\n\n\n There will be 4 theme weeks during the season.
